ICONFIT RECO is a recovery drink mix containing protein and carbohydrates at a 1:1 ratio, plus 5% high-quality micronised creatine. Protein from high-quality and rapidly dissolving whey protein concentrate, while the carbohydrates come from a combination of maltodextrin and dextrose. One serving (70g of recovery drink mix) contains 3,5 g of creatine. Creatine helps increase physical capacity for short-term, high-intensity physical efforts. The beneficial effect occurs when 3 g of creatine is consumed per day.

HOW TO USE: Pour ca. 400 ml of water into a shaker. Add 2 level scoops (70 g in total) of RECO powder, seal the shaker tightly, and shake for about 10 seconds until fully dissolved.
